Returns
Please do not send anything back before contacting us — we will give you the correct return address once we have your order details. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Before you write
- Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. International parcels can go a week or more without a scan while in transit or clearing customs.
- Can you source a title that isn't listed? Often yes. Send us the title, the publisher, and the ISBN or JAN barcode if you have it.
- Is this the Japanese edition? Every listing states the language and format. If anything is unclear, ask before ordering.
- Do you ship to my country? We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates and customs information are in our Shipping policy.
